This page is dedicated tooo.... my Uncle Galen & my Uncle Grant whom have both died from cancer, and to my fiance which he had testicle cancer and was healed, and to my grandmother whom had breast cancer which was caught early enough so that she can and is still with us today, and to myself, I had cervical cancer but doing fine now. Well actually I only had pre-cancer but it is still a form of cancer no matter what way you look at it. Cancer is a very serious thing we all need to start thinking about it and taking it seriously. And I thank God that we are all still here today. Except for U.Galen & U. Grant and may they rest in peace. They were good men and everyone misses them very much.
And one of the most highly form of cancer is (lung cancer) from smoking. So if you smoke , please try to stop. And for the kids that haven't started yet, please don't. I know you will be tempted in school by you friends, but you must learn this very short and simple word: NO.
And if you say no, you will enjoy this kind of
a heartbeat for a long time. 
And you should also use NO when tempted with drugs or anything else that may harm you and your body.

And yes I am a smoker, and I started in school like most people and now I am telling the whole world today that I am going to quit for myself and for my family. Because I don't want my family to go through all the pain and sorrow that comes along witht this disease. And most of all for myself because I don't like pain and I know that there is a lot of pain involved.
I will keep you updated on my progress.

An update: It is December and I am still smoking a pack a day but I am still trying.
